By accessing or using the Biz-Lio website at biz-lio.com (the "Site") or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Our Services
Biz-Lio provides business consulting services including, but not limited to, operations design, data strategy, AI integration, customer experience design, digital modernisation, and execution support (collectively, "Services").
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or consulting agreement signed between Biz-Lio and the client. These Terms apply to the use of the Site and form part of the broader contractual relationship with clients. In the event of a conflict, the signed client agreement takes precedence.
Use of the Website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam

Client deliverables
Ownership of intellectual property created during a client engagement (reports, frameworks, tools, designs) is governed by the terms of the applicable client agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, work product developed exclusively for a client using their proprietary data and input shall be owned by the client upon full payment. Pre-existing Biz-Lio methodologies, templates, and tools remain our property.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant Biz-Lio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.
Confidentiality
In the course of providing Services, both parties may share confidential information. Each party agrees to treat the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it applies to its own confidential information, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
This obligation does not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this agreement; (b) was already known to the receiving party before disclosure; (c) is independently developed without use of confidential information; or (d) must be disclosed by law or court order.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Biz-Lio does not warrant that:
